Doctor’s Portal allows you to submit & track cases, upload files, Send messages, create shipping labels, online lab slips, invoices and statements.

To start bookmark our website for quick and easy access. we recommend saving our main page and not just the log in site so stay up-to-date.

When visiting our site go to click on "Send a case" and login.
You will be taken to the lab portal site.

Type in your email and password > Click Sign In The first me you log in, you will need to change your password. Needs to include: 8 characters, must contain 1 lower case and 1 numeric character.

You will be taken directly to the new order screen

Enter Enter Patient's name

Click Products to add a products

Select the product you would like to order and click "next"

Depending on the product you selected, you will be presented with further options, make a selection and click "Add" when done

Your product will now appear in the order
You can add further products if required

The "Files" button will allow you to attach files such as photographs, jpeg, .stl, png and diagrams if needed.

Click "Options" to access product specific options

"Shade" button opens text box to input shade

Optional: Notes selection allows for additional case information that will assist in the completion of the case.
No need to repeat product selection

If you are sending anything physical such as a model, click the   corresponding check box under "Enclosed"
