Step-by-Step Guide for Logging Cases Online

Introduction This guide provides a detailed process for clients to log cases through our online portal, ensuring accurate and timely case processing.



Step 1: Visit the Website and Log In

  1. Open your web browser and visit www.bdadentalstudio.com.

  2. Click on "Send a Case" to access the login page.


Step 2: Access the Case Submission Page

  1. After logging in, Click on "New Order" to start logging a new case.


Step 3: Enter Patient Name

  1. In the provided field, enter the patient's full name (first and last name).


Step 4: Select a Product

  1. Click on the product icon. This will open a popup window with a detailed list of products along with pricing.






Step 5: Provide Case Details

  1. Product Specifications: 

    • Choose the appropriate product from the list based on your case requirements.

    • Select any specific design preferences, materials, and other specifications related to that product. (Unique to each product)

    • Special instructions or considerations can go in the notes section 



Optional: Upload Images or Scans

  1. Upload any relevant images or scans by clicking the “Files” button:





Step 6: Review Estimated Return Date

  1. Note the estimated lab return date provided by the portal based on current capacity and the complexity of the case.


Step 7: Submit the Case

  1. Click the “Send” button to log the case.

  2. A confirmation screen will appear, providing you with the option to print your lab script
