Product Warranty/Guarantee
Bermuda Dental Studio
Warranty Guarantee Policy
At Bermuda Dental Studio, we are committed to providing high-quality, custom-made dental appliances using the best available materials and production processes. We stand behind our workmanship; however, as all appliances are individually fabricated to prescription, certain limitations apply.
Warranty Coverage
Dentures: 6 months (exception: Immediate Dentures).
Other Appliances: Coverage depends on the device prescribed.
The warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship only.
Exclusions to the Guarantee
The warranty does not apply in the following circumstances:
1. Faulty Models / Impressions
If, when casting the models, Bermuda Dental Studio determines that the impression is not of sufficient quality, the client will be notified.
A new impression may be required; if work proceeds on a faulty impression at the client’s instruction, all remakes will be charged at full cost.
2. Prescription & Instructions
Appliances are made strictly to the dentist’s prescription.
If Bermuda Dental Studio makes a technical error, it will be corrected free of charge.
Bermuda Dental Studio does not compensate dentists’ fees, chairside time, consequential losses, or any other related expenses.
3. Client Changes
Changes to instructions, design, or delivery after work has commenced will incur additional charges.
4. Medical Conditions & Allergies
Bermuda Dental Studio is not liable for adverse reactions resulting from unknown or undisclosed patient allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions.
Allergic reactions (including to metals, acrylics, resins, or any other dental material) are excluded from warranty coverage.
As all appliances are custom-made, they cannot be refunded, reused, or credited if returned.
5. Fit, Function & Aesthetics
Dentures and other appliances are handmade custom devices. The look and feel (including tooth shade, shape, arrangement, and comfort) are subjective.
Once an appliance has been processed and finished, requests for remakes or adjustments based solely on personal preference are not covered by warranty and will incur new charges.
Adjustments for comfort can often be made chairside by the dentist; however, requests for a complete remake are considered new work.
6. Other Situations That Void the Warranty
Physical trauma or accidental damage to the appliance.
Failure to attend regular dental check-ups.
Failure to follow wear, care, or hygiene instructions.
Oral health changes (such as bone or gum resorption) affecting fit or function.
Defects arising from fitting immediately after extraction.
General Conditions
Bermuda Dental Studio reserves the right to refuse a guarantee where they believe that the requested product may not last the guarantee period due to its particular circumstances. If instructed to continue with the work, they will do so, but if the requested work fails, full payment will still be required.
Guarantees cover the supplied appliance only, not the associated dental treatment.
Please feel free to reach out to us if you have any questions or require further clarification regarding our warranty guarantee policy.
