Step-by-step
01
Prepare your prescription
- ·Complete a BDS prescription form — available online via the lab portal.
- ·Include: patient ID, tooth numbers, material preference, shade, occlusal scheme, and any special notes.
- ·For removable cases, include shade selection (pink, medium, or dark acrylic base).

Export and upload your scan
- ·Export your IOS scan in STL or OBJ format from your scanner software.
- ·Log into the lab portal and create a new case submission.
- ·Attach your prescription and scan files. For fixed cases, include opposing arch and bite scan.

BDS reviews and confirms
- ·You receive confirmation within one business day.
- ·If there are questions about the prescription or scan quality, we contact you before proceeding.
- ·Fixed cases are forwarded to Epic Dental with your confirmed specs.

Production
- ·Removable cases: milled or 3D printed in-house. Typical turnaround 3–7 business days depending on case type.
- ·Fixed cases: produced by Epic Dental in Utah. Typical turnaround 7–10 business days including shipping.
- ·In-house posterior crowns: 5–7 business days.

On-island finishing and delivery
- ·Fixed cases arriving from Epic are inspected on receipt. Contact adjustments and shade verifications are handled locally if needed.
- ·If adjustments are needed, they are handled on-island — no return shipments to the US, no added cost. Prices are all-inclusive.
- ·You receive delivery notification via the portal.
